At Shadow Line, each product is made to order to ensure quality and reduce waste. Please read our refund policy carefully before making a purchase.


Returns & Exchanges

Because all items are print-on-demand , we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Incorrect size selection

  • Change of mind

  • Color or design preference

Please review product descriptions and size charts carefully before ordering.


Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

We will gladly offer a replacement or refund if your item arrives:

  • Damaged

  • Defective

  • Incorrect (wrong item or design)

To be eligible, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery .

How to Submit a Claim

Please provide:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos showing the issue

  • A brief description of the problem

Claims submitted after 7 days may not be eligible for a refund or replacement.


Refunds (If Approved)

Once your claim is reviewed and approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method

  • Processing time may take 5–10 business days , depending on your payment provider

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the error was on our part.


Lost or Delayed Orders

If your order appears lost or significantly delayed, please contact us so we can investigate with the shipping carrier.

Shadow Line is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or incorrect address information provided by the customer.


Cancellations

Orders can be canceled or changed within 12 hours of purchase.
Once production has started, cancellations are no longer possible.
