At Shadow Line , all products are made to order to ensure high quality and reduce waste. Please review our exchange and return policy carefully before placing an order.


Returns

Due to the print-on-demand nature of our products, we do not accept returns for:

  • Incorrect size selection

  • Change of mind

  • Color or design preference

Please carefully review the product details and size chart before purchasing.


Exchanges

We only offer exchanges or replacements in the following cases:

  • Item arrives damaged

  • The item is defective.

  • The item received is incorrect .

To request an exchange, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery .

Required Information

Please provide:

  • Order number

  • Clear photos of the issue

  • Brief explanation of the problem

Once approved, we will arrange a replacement at no additional cost.


Refunds (If Exchange Is Not Available)

If an exchange is not possible, a refund may be issued to the original payment method. Refund processing times may take 5–10 business days , depending on your payment provider.


Cancellations

Orders can be canceled or modified within 6 hours of purchase.
After production has begun, cancellations or changes are no longer possible.


Shipping Costs

  • Return shipping is not covered unless the error was on our part

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable
